Information we collect

We collect information you give us through our enquiry form or later communications, including your name, business email, phone number, company, business location, role of interest and enquiry details. Our website and hosting provider may also collect standard technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and access time for security and service operation. Please do not send sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it and it is reasonably necessary.

02

How we collect it

We generally collect personal information directly from you when you complete the form, email or call us, or work with us. If you provide information about another person, please make sure you have their permission to do so. If required form information is not provided, we may be unable to assess or respond to your enquiry.

03

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, understand and deliver requested services, manage client relationships, communicate with you, improve our operations, maintain security and meet legal or record-keeping obligations. We may use it for another purpose where you consent or where Australian law permits or requires us to do so. We do not sell personal information.

04

Who we disclose it to

We may disclose relevant information to authorised Sun Hustle Co. team members, professional advisers and trusted providers that support our website, forms, communications and business systems. Website enquiries are processed using Netlify Forms. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law. Providers and team members receive access only where reasonably needed for their work.

05

Overseas access

Sun Hustle Co. is Australian managed and works with a Philippines-based delivery team. Authorised team members in the Philippines may access relevant information when necessary to respond to an enquiry or deliver an agreed service. Some technology providers may process or store information outside Australia, and their locations can change. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to protect information handled overseas.

06

Direct marketing

We may send relevant business updates where you have consented or where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by using an unsubscribe option, if provided, or emailing us. We will action your request within a reasonable period and will not charge you for opting out.

07

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission is completely secure. We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, our business records and legal obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

08

Access and correction

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Contact us below and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity. If an exception under Australian law applies, we will explain our decision where required. We do not charge for making a request, although a reasonable charge may apply to providing access after notice to you.

09
